Terms and conditions

The reserved rooms are available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival (except that a special arrangement has been made for early arrival). Reservations may be cancelled until 6.00 pm on the day of arrival. Otherwise you will be charged 80% of the agreed rate in accordance with Article 552 of the German Civil Code.

Guests must check in by 6.00 pm, unless a special arrangement has been made for late arrival. We reserve the right to release the reserved room after 6.00 pm without being liable to the customer in any way.

The rooms and the reserved parking spaces must be vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure (unless a special arrangement has been made for late departure).

Payment can be made by EC-Cash, cash as well as all major credit cards (Mastercard, Diners, American Express and Visacard).

Parking in a covered garage is available for a fee. Pre-booking is required for these parking spaces.
